Dear PiePie,
You drew the following today.

As a parent, there are many things we make you do – swimming, spelling, putting on sunblock, no sweets before meals, sleeping earlier etc. But at the end of the day, we basically just want you to be healthy and happy. And so, this was an exceptionally heartwarming message to see, placed out on the messy dining table.
Maybe, in whatever emotional state you might be in as you’re reading this, it would be helpful to know that at some point in the distant past, when you were just about 6 years old, that you were happy. Every. Day.
Perhaps you might even remember drawing this.
And I do hope that at whichever age you’re seeing this, you can be happy every day.
Love, Dad
PS: Well done is writing ‘every day’ rather than ‘everyday’ as well. Grammar 10/10.
